  Unfortunately I was dissapointed in the class I took in that it was not a hands on experience for each individual student . Unorganized and equipment outdated and the baking did not turn out well . Although the instructor and owner were nice it was somewhat disorganized and I felt overpriced for what you received in regards to instruction of hands on experience...If better organized with individual stations it would of been a better experience . The instructor was good but she had to constantly hunt for supplies will not return for another class unless guaranteed a more hands on experience . The class time was short but better organized would of made it a better experience. The store products were delightful and fully stocked . I enjoyed the inventory
