  Got to McDonald's at 5:05 sat for 5 min with no-one talking to me from the speaker called inside was told the system was down and it would be 10 min waited 10 min watched 2 ppl leave now it's 5:25 Awsome not so fast food crap that's 20 min without taking an order you sure you open at 5 it's 5:34 and technically no one has eve. Spoken to me threw there speaker wonder how long il give to wait.

  I've never been inside the restaurant; I've only ordered at the drive-thru. And I've come on weekend mornings only before early car maintenance at the car dealership, since this is not the closest McD's to my home. Service at the drive-thru is pretty typical, not the speediest nor the slowest. I haven't received incorrect orders here, unlike the one on ECR in South City. I would guess this location gets quite busy at lunch & early dinner time because it's right across from Serramonte Mall & other shopping. And this McD's is open 24 hours.
